FLORA, FAUNA, MANNA

This is a picture of the great and elusive Bruce Bickford, calmly working at his exhibition at the Christoff Gallery in Georgetown as crowds stare slackjawed at his film CAS'L. Four doors down, at the Fantagraphics Books Store, an opening of Jim Flora's work rages on. David Lasky was there and you can see his pictures of the harmonic convergence here.

When I first saw your work, it was exactly like when I first saw R. Crumb's work about !40! years ago- 67-07!! So great I didn't even want to look at it as it was so great!

    Major sincere praise.
