If you are simply perishing to own the latest and greatest of all the FRANK-themed t-shirts, hie yourself to AmericaWare. They have great new shirts by Jim Blanchard and Basil Wolverton as well. I should mention that the white-on-black shirts (my personal faves) are made with that process that renders the white parts as soft and indelible as the black cloth, after one or two washings, so you won't feel like you're wearing a crumbling plastic chestplate.
Sux that they won't ship outside the US..I am an ex-SoCal refugee like you, but a little further North..
