Though the photo does not show it well, these two Jerry Chickens are not flat, but a cylinder and a cone.

The cylinder is a standard in the pop-up repertory. It has a top, which you can't see in this picture, and an interior vertical brace to hold it level.
Is that a baby hedgehog?

Wonderful-icous! Got more images? Do you know of any resource for pop-mechanics on the net? Maybe you should start one yourself. I bet it is much easier if you can build on tested stuff like the cylinder, etc.
