GONE, JUST LIKE A TRAIN

Justin Green's show at SHAKE IT RECORDS has closed, but Joe Kuth posted some pictures so you can see what it was like. There are probably more cartoonists alive and working to day than ever before, but seldom if ever does one see work that sizzles with life and cerebration like Green's. What a treat for the eyes and spirit this show must have been in person.

GAWDAMMIT, JIM! I live in Lexington, Kentucky, and it would have been no big deal to drive up to Shake It Records (I've been there before). But I had no idea of the show until this precise moment. A day late, a dollar short, etc. That said, oddly, during the show I lent a friend a copy of the "Binky Brown" collection.
