Anyone in Seattle with an empty Wednesday evening can drift by Cafe Racer (on Roosevelt two doors south of The Trading Musician) and find local cartoonists huddled together in the back room. Bob Rini, Tom Dougherty, David Lasky, Mark Campos, Dalton Webb, Scott Faulkner and myself are regulars. The cafe is run by Kurt Geissel. It's a great place and we're lucky to have it.

The four-faced glass head is intended to resemble those old-fashioned hand-daubed Christmas ornaments. I've never seen the thing in person so I don't know what it's made of or how big it is.
